For those trying to decide whether a CBD product is right for you or your pet, we offer affordable trial sizes that let you use Napreva or Napreva K9 for a few days. Most customers say they feel positive effects within a few minutes of their first use!
Because our trial sizes are so affordable, we do not offer refunds for them.
However, if your product was damaged in shipment, please complete a customer service form and we’ll be happy to provide a replacement at no additional cost to you.

We’re sorry if you’ve found that Nápreva or Nápreva K9 isn’t right for you.
We provide refunds and exchanges as follows:
- Damaged during shipping OR APPEARS TO BE TAMPERED WITH: Request a full refund including shipping costs, or a replacement we will ship at no additional cost to you.
- NOT SATISFIED: Please submit a refund request within 60 days of receipt and we will refund the purchase price of the product, less shipping. We do not inconvenience our customers by asking them to return unused product or photograph damaged product. However, we only refund customers not satisfied with products once for Nápreva K9 and once for any Nápreva product for people.
TO REQUEST A REFUND OR EXCHANGE
- Your full name
- Order number (This is in the confirmation email or receipt you received when the order was placed.)
- If you don’t have your order number, please provide both your mailing address and the email address used to complete the order so we can verify your order and the amount of your refund.
Refunds: You’ll receive an email confirming successful completion of your refund request. Refunds are processed within 10 working days. Your refund will be issued to the payment instrument used to make the original purchase.
Replacements: You’ll receive an email confirming successful completion of your replacement request. Replacements are generally shipped within 1-3 working days. Replacements are shipped via USPS small parcel post and are usually delivered within the continental United States in 5-7 business days. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii usually arrive within 7-10 business days. If you do not receive your replacement in that timeframe, please complete a customer service contact form.
