Nápreva: nature in a bottle
chosen to help with chronic pain and inflammation
We really are what we eat
Modern science proved that vitamin C prevents scurvy, a disease known to cause bleeding, muscle weakness, chronic fever, bone damage and even death. But 300 years ago, British sailors were called “limeys” for the barrels of limes (and lemons) carried aboard ships to guard against the ravaging disease. Ancient Polynesians set sail with a variety of dried and preserved fruits even richer in vitamin C than citrus, including mango and guava.
Although science may have clarified exactly how vitamin C works to prevent scurvy, centuries of observation and practical experience proved life saving before the first laboratory experiments were done.
Nápreva may work for many things
Field data and new studies continue to educate and inform our understanding of exactly how and why CBD works. But what’s certain about Nápreva is that we set out to help people suffering with chronic pain who wanted a solution without the negative side effects of prescription and over-the-counter drugs. Dozens of customers say they also use Nápreva to help with sleep and to relieve anxiety or stress. Many use Nápreva K9 for their pets with similarly positive results.
Whatever your reasons for trying Nápreva, feedback is essential to improving our products. To share your experience, leave a review or contact us to share your story.
In Nápreva’s unique formula, terpenes work together to create the greatest benefit from a relatively small amount of CBD compared to other CBD product. Nápreva is an all-natural product with ingredients that have been shown to provide health benefits with no known side effects. In its 2018 “Critical Review Report,” the World Health Organization said that “there is no evidence of recreational use of CBD or any public health-related problems
associated with the use of pure CBD.”

Nápreva: A safe choice with no known side effects
Black Rock founders spent decades working with people suffering from chronic pain. Some were elderly and crippled by arthritis. Others were young, healthy people injured at work, in car accidents or playing sports. They often struggled to avoid prescription drug addiction, or had side effects like acid reflux, ulcers and bleeding from popular over-the-counter drugs.
Our goal was to give people pain management choices that didn’t introduce complications or side effects. The solution had to be safe for long-term use and, since chronic conditions can be lifelong, it had to be affordable.
We don’t promise miracles, even though hundreds of customers say Nápreva is just that. Some use it occasionally for symptomatic relief. Others use it every day.
What we can promise is that nothing in Nápreva is dangerous. It won’t cause blood clots, headaches, ulcers, reflux, excessive bleeding or appetite loss. It’s not addictive and you won’t fail a workplace drug screening.
We have a long road ahead to gather the data to support therapeutic claims or to be more specific about exactly how Nápreva works. But today, we can say that to the best of our knowledge, no one has died of an avocado overdose.

CBD for dogs works just like it does in people
If you read everything about Nápreva for people, we won’t bore you with a repeat. We’ll just note that all animals — mammals, birds, reptiles, fish and even humble clams — have endocannabinoid systems that appear to work just like ours.
Nápreva K9 works for dogs the way Nápreva works for owners. In fact, it works so well, some of our best customers are veterinarians who use Nápreva for people themselves!
Don’t forget. Pain is a symptom.
Think about seeing a pain professional if you haven’t already. Pain is a symptom of injury, disease, repetitive stress or even more serious conditions. While Nápreva can be an effective part of your pain management program, the more you know about your pain, the better.
